HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on the USPS shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping costs by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping costs will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
Shipping costs are also based on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur a small shipping charge. Total shipping costs are shown on the checkout page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

On average, processing time can take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like the items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place these orders separately.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies.
WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS
After you have completed payment for an order, you can adjust its information by contacting us via support@Glowmleen.com within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to redirect it. Here are some alternative options:
– Once the package is delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to ask them to redirect it to another address. Please note that this is at the discretion of the post office.
