HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

Shipping costs vary depending on the USPS shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check estimated shipping costs by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your email and shipping address. The exact shipping costs will automatically update and be displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping costs are also based on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slightly higher shipping charges. Total shipping costs are shown on the checkout page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE HIS ORDER?

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SEVERAL ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.


WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on the country, the package may be subject to local customs fees or VAT. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies.


THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After finalizing payment for an order, you can adjust its information by contacting us via support@Glowmleen.com within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to redirect it. Here are some alternative options:

– Once the parcel has been delivered to your local post office, you can contact the post office directly to request that it be redirected to another address. Please note that this is at the post office's discretion.

– If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team – we will be more than happy to help!
